It is suggested in the 5th ANQ Congress 2007 that the application procedure of hosting ANQ Congress should be standardized. Therefore, each of the organization who are willing to host the Congress should apply with the following documents for submission to the ANQ board:

1. Introduction of the local organization and its recent development.
2. Participation status in the activities of ANQ. (ex. The number of participants in each year’s ANQ Congress)
3. A brief planning or schedule for holding the congress.
4. The competitiveness of the organization to host the congress.
