1. SQAT informed the members that it is proposed to host ANQ Congress 2013 at Bangkok as per following schedule
a . ANQ Board meeting 14-15Oct 2013
b . ANQ Congress 2013 16-17Oct 2013
c. Plant/Technical Visit 18Oct 2013
2. It was decided that CSQ will to host 24 th ANQ Board meeting to be held in Spring 2014 .
3. It was decided that hence forth ANQ Board meetings scheduled in Spring could be for two days and ANQ Board meeting scheduled in Autumn could be for one day only. However final decision regarding duration of the Autumn board meeting will be taken during the preceding board meeting depending upon the issues to be discussed.
4. General Assembly and Communication meeting will continue to hosted once in two years.
