Proposal

In order to encourage a positive involvement in ANQ activities and to promote an active participation in ANQ Congresses, ANQ will establish a scheme for recognition of ANQ Member Organizations that have made a great contribution to positive participation in ANQ Congresses or to active involvement in ANQ activities.

Scheme

1. Qualification: This scheme is applicable only to non ANQ Board Organizations and individuals representing non ANQ Board Organizations.
2. Involvement in ANQ activities: The recognition will be awarded to ANQ Member Organizations that have made a great contribution to ANQ activities.
3. Contribution to active participation in ANQ Congresses: The recognition will be awarded to ANQ Member Organizations that have made a great contribution in large participation or many presentations, and individuals who have given higher number of presentations.
4. Recognition: A plaque or a certificate will be issued.

Criteria

1. Involvement in ANQ activities: Active commitment to ANQ Committees, positive support in organizing ANQ Congress, great contribution to excellent administration in ANQ related activities in the respective countries/regions, and other outstanding participation in ANQ activities.
2. Participation in ANQ Congresses: ANQ Member Organizations with big delegation or many presentations. Individuals of higher number of presentations.

(*) points: 2 points for the 1st author presentation, 1 point for the 2nd or lower

Processes

1. Application: All non Board Member Organizations can submit their application to the Secretary General of ANQ giving all the information about the contribution made.
2. Recommendation: ANQ Board Members may make any additional recommendations.
3. Decision: Final decision is in ANQ Board meeting.

Transitional Considerations

Contribution made before this scheme is established will be counted.
